PRODUCT OFFICER (Makati)

  • Candidate must have relevant experience in handling SME loans
  • Must be knowledgeable in product conceptualization and management
  • Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
  • Logical and organized

.NET ANALYST / PROGRAMMER

  • At least two (2) years continuous experience in Business Analyst or Systems Analyst capacity
  • Analytical and should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Actual experience/background in banking operations (Deposits, Loans, GL) is a must.
  • Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle is an advantage
  • Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
  • Background in ICBS (International Comprehensive Banking System) is definitely an advantage

WEB DEVELOPER

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields
  • At least two (2) years of commercial experience with Web design and development
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple and concurrent tasks
  • Must be highly creative and have a strong design sense for color theory, layout, typography, web conceptualization, UI design, and production of graphics.
  • Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess an Outstanding design portfolio
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

BRANCH CLUSTER OPERATIONS OFFICERS (Angeles City)

  • Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations.
  • Preferably ICBS literate
  • Must be innovative with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must also be willing to travel or accept temporary assignments in the North Luzon Area

BANK TRANSFORMATION SECTION (BTS) HEAD

  • Must be adept in systems and methods analysis and policy formulation; with strong background in process re-engineering/simplification
  • Must be knowledgeable in ICBS
  • Highly analytical with excellent verbal and written communication skills

ACCOUNT OFFICERS - For SME –Loans (Bulacan, La Union, Cebu & Bicol), For Housing Loans (Makati)

  • Applicants must have at least 3 years work experience in the same position from a bank or an established financial institution.
  • With existing portfolio and good market network.
  • Must have an experience in account solicitation and relationship management for SME accounts or Housing loans
  • Must know how to prepare and conduct financial evaluations
  • Proven track record in managing and meeting sales targets
  • With excellent communication skills and ability to communicate ideas with any level of the organization
  • Customer driven and computer literate

FIELD SALES OFFICER ( Iloilo)

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With at least 2 years sales experience
  • Knowledge on bank products and services, an advantage

STAFF POSITIONS

CREDIT INVESTIGATORS / APPRAISERS (Makati, San Fernando Pampanga, Plaridel, Bulacan, Sta. Rosa Laguna, Imus Cavite, Lucena, Cebu. General Santos)

  • Must be willing to handle out of town assignments.
  • Applicants with experience in Credit Investigation and Appraisal are encouraged to apply.

TELLER/ NEW ACCOUNTS CLERK (Metro Manila Branches)

  • Can communicate well using the English language both oral and written
  • Related work experience, an advantage

ACCOUNT ASSISTANTS (Cebu and Davao)

  • With relevant experience in the same field an advantage
