  • Responsible for conducting extensive end-to-end process reviews or more defined processes to improve overall efficiency

SPECIAL ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT OFFICER

  • Attend client calls to discuss with client status of their accounts
  • Evaluate payment and/or restructuring proposals being offered by client
  • Establish and recommend recovery plans, financial or legal
  • Coordinate with and assist the legal counsels in preparing legal documents relative to the approved repayment plan, restructuring scheme and legal action
  • Request and monitor appraisal reports to keep valuation of collaterals updated
  • Ensure collaterals are properly insured and insurance premiums are paid
  • Represent the bank in various court proceedings
