  • Must have at least 3 years experience in branch banking operations either as Branch Head, Marketing/Sales Officer or Branch Operations Officer
  • Must have strong marketing skills

RESERVE OFFICER (Los Baños, Bulacan, Pampanga)

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations in a supervisory capacity
  • Must have experience in branch accounting and operations
  • Must be willing to travel or accept temporary assignments nationwide

BRANCH SERVICE HEAD (Ortigas, Iloilo, Tuguegarao)

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in branch banking operations in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Must have experience in branch accounting, cash handling and operations
  • Experience in branch audit is an advantage

Funds Management Group

TREASURY MARKETING OFFICER (Makati)

  • Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in marketing deposit/ treasury products and account management.
  • Must have a fund level and must be involved in deposit taking and money market trading
  • Must contribute to the targeted income and volume of Treasury

Consumer Banking Group

ACCOUNT OFFICER (Consumer Finance Department-Housing Finance/Handy Salary Makati)

  • Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in marketing and soliciting salary loans.
  • Must have knowledge in credit evaluation and analysis.

MARKETING ASSISTANT/ SECRETARY (Makati)

  • Responsible for account management and provides assistance to Account Officers in handling Salary Loan accounts
  • Applicants must be a graduate of any 4-year business course

Information Technology & Communications Department

SYSYTEMS ANALYSTS/PROGRAMMERS (RPG, .Net and AS400 programming languages)

  • Must have at least 2 years experience as a Systems Analyst/Programmer of a bank.
  • Should have an experience in IT system development, implementation and maintenance of application systems. These include rationalization, design, development, modifications, and enhancements.

IT PROJECT MANAGER

  • In charge of IT project management activities (definition, planning, and control) on assigned projects involving process improvement, quality improvement, new system and/or system enhancement implementation
  • At least 3 years handling end to end IT project management function

Operations & Technology Group

OPERATIONS CONTROL OFFICER

  • Perform process mapping activities to improve processing time
  • Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessment on all identified critical operation processes
  • Ensures timely correction of exceptions and to put in place a set of active corrective activities
  • Ensures constant improvement on operating quality
  • Provide management reports
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in operational risk or quality management
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, MS Visio and MS Project

PROJECT MANAGER

  • Responsible for conducting extensive end-to-end process reviews or more defined processes to improve over-all efficiency
  • At least 3 years of related work experience, background includes implementation of process improvement initiatives as the lead project officer for financial systems
  • Knowledge on bank loan products, services
  • Experience in banking operation processes
  • Current knowledge or exposure includes Accounting, Project Management & Risk Management
  • Knowledge on Quality Management techniques and metrics
  • Implementation of process improvement initiatives in operating systems is required

LOANS PROCESSOR (Makati)

  • Must be a graduate of Accountancy or any Business course
  • Experience with loan processing is an advantage
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs

LOAN BOOKKEEPER (Makati)

  • Must be a graduate of Accountancy or any Business course
  • Experience with loan processing is an advantage

Support Services Group

COLLECTION ASSISTANT (Makati)

  • Must be a graduate of 4-year Business course
  • At least 6 months experience in a Banking /Financial Institution is an advantage
  • Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong collection background, preferably with auto, home and corporate loans. Work experience from credit card or personal loan may also be considered

LEGAL OFFICER (DAVAO)

  • To handle special projects of the bank and its affiliates
  • Assists in bank documentation
  • Handles research work on queries and prepares legal opinions on the same
  • Will handle court cases
  • Must be a member of the Bar
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in a law office or bank’s law office

REGISTRATION OFFICER FOR LEGAL DEPARTMENT (Makati)

  • Responsible for receiving/reviewing documents for registration
  • In charge of handling payment of taxes, registration and other fees
  • Applicants must be a graduate of Legal Management, Political Science or any related course
  • Must have at least 2 years remedial management experience (foreclosure, consolidation of titles, BIR/RD transaction)
