PLANTERS DEVELOPMENT BANK has immediate requirements for the following:
ACCOUNT OFFICERS - SME LOANS (Metro Manila, Baguio, La Union, Iloilo, Cebu & Davao)
- Applicants must have at least 3 years work experience in the same position from a bank or an established financial institution.
- With existing portfolio and good market network.
- Must have an experience in account solicitation and relationship management principally for SME accounts
- Must know how to prepare and conduct financial evaluations
- Proven track record in managing and meeting sales targets
- With excellent communication skills and ability to communicate ideas with any level of the organization
- Customer driven and computer literate
BRANCH MANAGER (Hagonoy Branch)
- Must have at least 3 years experience as Branch Manager of a bank
- Must have strong marketing skills and must be familiar with the area
BRANCH SERVICE HEAD (Kalookan Branch)
- Must have at least 2 years experience as Branch Cashier or Branch Operations Officer
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Tagum and Tarlac Branches)
- Must have at least 2 years experience in branch operations in an officer level capacity particularly in branch accounting
PAMPANGA CASH CENTER OFFICER
- Must have at least 2 years officer experience in Cash Center Operation
- Must be a resident of Dolores, Pampanga
.NET ANALYST /PROGRAMMER
- At least two (2) years continuous experience in Business Analyst or Systems Analyst capacity
- Analytical and should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Actual experience/background in banking operations (Deposits, Loans, GL) is a must.
- Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle is an advantage
- Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
- Background in ICBS (International Comprehensive Banking System) is definitely an advantage
DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
- With related experience in data administration
- Must be knowledgeable in SQL and Oracle
- Knowledge in INFORMIX and DB2, an advantage
FIELD SALES OFFICER
- Graduate of any four-year course
- With at least 2 years sales experience
- Knowledge on bank products and services, an advantage
STAFF POSITIONS
TELLER/ NEW ACCOUNTS CLERK (Metro Manila and Davao Branches)
- Can communicate well using the English language both oral and written
- Related work experience, an advantage
ACCOUNT ASSISTANTS (Makati, Cebu and Davao)
- Applicants must be a graduate of any 4-year business course
- With relevant experience in the same field an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Applicants from NCR, Visayas and Mindanao are encouraged to apply
CREDIT INVESTIGATOR / APPRAISER (Iloilo and Makati)
- Male, graduate of a 4 civil engineering or equivalent.
- Must be willing to do field works.
- Must have at least 6 months working experience.
LOAN PROCESSOR
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 years business course with good scholastic record.
- Must have above average communication skill.
- Must be dynamic
- Experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
