OFFICER LEVEL

BRANCH MANAGER (Tagum and J.P Laurel Branch)

  • Must have at least 3 years experience as Branch Manager of a bank
  • Must have strong marketing skills and must be familiar with the area

MARKETING OFFICER

  • Must be motivated, independent and professional individual dedicated to the development of microfinance;
  • Prior experience in microfinance (wholesale, individual & group lending methodology) and/or banking highly desirable; knowledge of SME lending and other bank products and services an advantage;
  • Strong logical and financial analysis skills;
  • Training and/or capacity building and/or consulting experience would be desirable;
  • Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and writing skills;
  • Confident, self-starter, open-minded, able to work with minimal guidance;
  • Highly organized;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Willing and able to travel in different areas, including rural areas, (for extended periods of time, when necessary);
  • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office applications including word, excel and powerpoint;

ACCOUNT OFFICERS – (BULACAN AND BICOL Based) SME-LOANS

  • Applicants must have at least 3 years work experience in the same position from a bank or an established financial institution.
  • With existing portfolio and good market network.
  • Must have an experience in account solicitation and relationship management for SME accounts
  • Must know how to prepare and conduct financial evaluations
  • Proven track record in managing and meeting sales targets
  • With excellent communication skills and ability to communicate ideas with any level of the organization
  • Customer driven and computer literate

STAFF LEVEL

CSA TELLER – VALENZUELA BRANCH

  • Applicants must be a graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Good communication skills
  • Possess good academic records
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

ROVING TELLER - MAKATI

  • Preferably Male
  • Applicants must be a graduate of 4-year business course
  • Good communication skills

  • Must be willing to work on extended hours and shifting schedules

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT – HOUSING LOANS

  • Applicants must be a graduate of Accountancy or Accounting related course
  • Preferably with experience in housing loans

CREDIT REVIEWER

  • Applicants must be a graduate of 4-year business course
  • Should have at least 6 months experience in credit evaluation or credit review
  • Good communication skills

DEPARTMENT SECRETARY

  • Applicants must be a graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Above average communication skills
  • Possess good academic records

PROGRAMMER

  • Must have programming knowledge and actual application using Visual Basic 6 and PHP

WEB DEVELOPER

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields
  • At least two (2) years of commercial experience with Web design and development
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be highly creative and have a strong design sense for color theory, layout, typography, web conceptualization, UI design, and production of graphics.
  • Possess an Outstanding design portfolio
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
