OFFICER LEVEL

BRANCH MANAGER (Cubao & Frisco)

  • Must have at least 3 years experience as Branch Manager of a bank
  • Must have strong marketing skills and must be familiar with the area

BRANCH SERVICE HEAD (Tagum – Davao Branch)

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in cash management, deposit servicing and account consolidation of a bank.
  • Must have knowledge in ensuring that the branch maintains operational proficiency based on established policies, procedures and controls.

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Orani Branch)

  • Must have at least 3 years experience as a Customer Service Officer of a bank.
  • Should have in-house business development and customer retention experience.
  • Must have strong marketing skills and must be familiar with the area

AUDIT OFFICER

  • Licensed CPA
  • Five (5) years of full-time experience in auditing, accounting, business analysis, or program evaluation, including three years of supervisory or project management experience.
  • Experience in industry auditing or accounting, and in supervising and conducting audits in information systems and other areas pertinent to the industry.

CREDIT POLICY OFFICER

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in credit policies & procedures.
  • Must be familiar with credit/loan cycle - from origination, approval, processing to collection.
  • Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Credit Management or equivalent.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (METRO MANILA)

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in marketing business loans, and business development activities.
  • Must have strong marketing skills.

ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (CAGAYAN DE ORO)

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in loan portfolio quality management and generation of additional loans from existing borrowers/accounts.
  • Must have strong marketing skills and familiar with the area.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (FOR CONSUMER FINANCE)

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in marketing and business development activities gained from other banks.
  • Must have strong marketing and supervisory skills.

STAFF LEVEL

CSA TELLER – VALENZUELA BRANCH

  • Applicants must be a graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Good communication skills
  • Possess good academic records
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

CSA TELLER – BALIUAG BULACAN BRANCH

  • Applicants must be a graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Applicants from Baliuag Bulacan area will be prioritized.

PROGRAMMER

  • Applicants must be a graduate of any 4-year computer related course
  • Possess good academic records
  • Must have programming knowledge and actual application using Visual Basic 6 and PHP
  • Must be knowledgeable in basic computer troubleshooting

WEB DEVELOPER

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields
  • At least two (2) years of commercial experience with Web design and development
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be highly creative and have a strong design sense for color theory, layout, typography, web conceptualization, UI design, and production of graphics.
  • Possess an Outstanding design portfolio
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
