- Latest Income Tax Return (Mandatory-BSP Requirement)
- Certificate of Employment
- Commission Record or Payslip for the last 3 months (if with regular commission)
Self-Employed Individuals Businessmen/Entrepreneurs/Professionals)
- Duly accomplished auto loan application form
- Latest Income Tax Return (Mandatory-BSP Requirement)
- Photocopy of Passbook or Statement of Account (for the last 3 months)
Corporate Borrowers
- Duly accomplished auto loan application form
- Photocopy of business registration papers
- SEC Registration
- DTI Registration
- Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws
- Board Resolution
- authorizing car loan with PDB; amount must be specified
- designating company officer(s) to sign on its behalf all
- necessary documents related to the said car loan
