Company Accreditation Documentary Requirements
- Completely filled-out and signed Company Accreditation Application Form
- Photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR) of the business for the last 3 years
- Audited Financial Statement (FS) of the business for the last 3 years
- Photocopy of business registration papers
